The North County Philanthropy Council (NCPC) recently recognized 75 Volunteers of the Year at its 29th Annual Volunteer Awards Luncheon. Over 500 guests attended the event to honor and celebrate volunteers from across North County, including the youngest honoree at age 12, the youngest honoree at heart at age 101, and even a canine volunteer for the first time. Local award recipients include Neil Hokanson for his work with the Rancho Santa Fe Foundation.
