Rancho Santa Fe’s Hoehn family recently raised $250,000 for Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego (RMHCSD) through the 2018 Hoehn Motors Mercedes-Benz Raffle. The Hoehn family has underwritten the annual raffle for eight years, raising over $2.2 million for the nonprofit.

“Thanks to the support of the Hoehn family and Hoehn Motors in Carlsbad, we’re able to provide the winner a choice of a luxurious Hoehn Mercedes-Benz vehicle plus $15,000 cash package, or $75,000 in cash,” said Chuck Day, president and CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego. “The prizes were so well received, we were able to sell out the 5,000 tickets we made available and raise funds to help support families who are going through an often-frightening medical crisis.” This year’s raffle winner was Santee resident Gregory Crowder.

RMHCSD was founded in 1980 and provides a home away from home for families of hospitalized children. Learn more at www.rmhcsd.org.
